I was lucky enough to come across August via social media, and she has been a blessing to my life ever since. As a first-generation, first-time home buyer, we were clueless about the home-buying process but were fortunate to have August to guide us through our relocation. Five stars is not enough to describe August, as she is transparent, organized, patient and extremely knowledgeable! We had a lot of bumps in the road in dealing with our lender, but August was there every step of the way offering advocacy, reassurance and motivation. August was such a great pleasure to work with! She assisted my husband and I as we relocated to NC from Maryland with our 4 children. I truly would not have been able to make the move without her. She is knowledgeable, professional and follows up without having to ask. You will always know each step of the home buying process and she is also very transparent which I very much appreciated since moving with 4 small children, we did not have room for much ambiguity. She follows through and does what she says she is going to do which is a breath of fresh air considering my experience with previous realtors and home owner consultants. We purchased a new construction home and the process ended up taking longer than expected with delays but she always stayed in touch and was present and advocating for us for every meeting we had with the builder. I would 1000% recommend August! I believe we have truly found our forever home but by chance we haven’t and decide to sell our home and/or purchase a new one, she will be the one I call!
